Atta Mills didn’t die a natural death – Owusu Bempah

Leader and founder of Glorious Word International Ministry, Rev. Owusu Bempah has said the late President John Evans Atta Mills did not die naturally even though he was diagnosed with cancer.

Prof. Mills passed away on July 24, 2012, five months before the 2012 presidential and parliamentary elections.

So far, the cause of his death is still unidentified as several rumours have it that he may have died from complications of throat cancer.

But according to Rev Owusu Bempah, the late Prof Atta Mills was murdered.

“Anyone who will say Atta Mills died his national death. It wasn’t true. It was not a natural death. I am a spiritualist. We don’t say everything. Why do you think I was seriously saying someone has died on his fingers so God has taken his anointing from him…?” he queried.

He could not fathom why some leading member of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) will blame President Akufo-Addo for the seeming insecurity in the country when in fact they have not been able to make the autopsy report of the late Atta Mills public.

“There is no country that people don’t die. Even with USA and their greater security measures, people die there. Those NDC members screaming about security have forgotten about the death of Prof Atta Mills. We didn’t understand his death under NDC. We don’t know what killed him…”

He forewarned that, the NDC should desist from such comments since there is no country that people don’t die; even with America’s powerful security system people still suffer under attacks.

“If they [NDC officials] don’t want a problem, they shouldn’t speak like angels. They shouldn’t speak like no one died in their tenure. If you see a tree shaking don’t blame the tree blame the wind….” he warned on Accra based okay FM.
