ASSASSINATION ATTEMPT HATCHED BY NPP GURUS

Deep-throat Information reaching us (The Republic) indicates that the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) has hatched a plan to eliminate some functionaries of National Democratic Congress (NDC) for hurting them in the run-up to the 2016 elections.

The information reaching us have it that apparatchiks of the ruling party, the NPP notably, the Invisible Forces, a vigilante group belonging to the NPP have been tasked to “clear” four big wigs of the opposition NDC. The four, namely Mugabe Maase( a popular radio presenter), Alhaji Said Sinare( a National Vice Chair-NDC), Koku Anyidoho( Deputy General Secretary in charge of Operations) and Godwin Ako Gunn, a party activist of the NDC are being targeted for assassination.

This hatched plan comes on the back of their deep involvement in the recently held general elections to support then incumbent President John Mahama and the NDC to retain power.

This is to as well send a signal to the above mentioned personalities, their intention to get them eliminated from the political scene.

The activities of these vigilante groups across the length and breath of the country was to establish their plan to ensure that any move made by anyone ahead of the 2020 elections will be crushed.

The source alleged that the governing NPP wants this wicked act to be executed at-all-cost because the perceived aforementioned personalities pester them ahead of the 2016 general elections. And hence, if allowed on the political landscape, they would be a serious threat to their chances (NPP) in the 2020 election.  

According to the sources, the reason for muting this assassination move was to enable the ruling NPP win the next election ease.

We take the opportunity to call on the elders of the ruling NPP to intervene so as to prevent this unfortunate incident from happening.

Let us also hasten to add that should any of these illegal vigilante groups attempt to execute this barbaric act, we shall meet them fiercely with all our might. Ghana must remain peaceful for us all to continue to enjoy our harmony.
