The All People’s Congress(APC) has slammed New Patriotic Party (NPP) Youth Organiser, Sammy Awuku for suggesting that the ruling party boycotted the ongoing Institute of Economic Affairs (IEA) presidential debate because their flagbearer, Hassan Ayariga, would not be there to do their dirty work.
In a statement, the newly formed party dared Sammy Awuku to present Nana Akufo- Addo for a debate with Dr. Hassan Ayariga “so that Ghanaians can have an opportunity to judge between Old Mindset(NPP) and New-Progressive Mindset(APC)”.
According to APC, its candidate Dr. Hassan Ayariga does not do public relations for the NDC and that the ruling party’s decision to boycot the IEA debate has absolutely nothing to do with him.
“It is very rude, infantile, shambolic and below the belt for the naive Sammy Awuku to make that unfounded statement about my Leader & 2016 Presidential Candidate,” the statement said.
APC REJOINDER: NDC boycotted IEA debate because there’s no Ayariga to do their dirty work. By Sammy Awuku NPP National Organizer
The All People’s Congress(APC) wishes to state categorically that our Leader & 2016 Presidential Candidate, Dr. Hassan Ayariga is NOT a PR for the NDC and that NDC decision to boycot IEA Debate has absolutely nothing to do with Dr. Hassan Ayariga.
It is very rude, infantile, shambolic and below the belt for the naive Sammy Awuku to make that unfounded statement about my Leader & 2016 Presidential Candidate.
Sammy Awuku, does that mean that Nana Akuffo Addo is participating in the IEA Debate because Edward Mahama and Ivor Greenstreet shall do your bidding to cover the intellectual weakness and shallow outmoded gold coast policies of NPP Presidential Candidate?
APC is challenging Sammy Awuku to present Nana Akuffo Addo for a Debate with Dr. Hassan Ayariga so that Ghanaians can have an opportunity to judge between Old Mindset(NPP) and New-Progressive Mindset(APC).
Sammy Awuku, what Ghanaians are demanding from your Party is absolute Unity and cohesion within the NPP, and Dr. Hassan Ayariga is ever ready to school Nana Addo on the principle of quality leadership.
Lastly, Sammy Awuku if you have nothing sensible to tell Ghanaians and the NPP supporters, you better shut up.
