Akufo Addo will lose votes in 2020 elections–Nana Yaw Kesse (Peace FM)

Nana Yaw Kesse on The Platform Show on Wednesday night revealed categorically that, looking at the data analytics available to him, Nana Akuffo Addo will definitely lose votes in the 2020 elections.

As to whether that will convert into his defeat remains with the elections and the voters themselves. However compared to his votes in 2016, he would not get the same overwhelming numbers.

He further explained that this is a normal phenomenon with sitting Presidents.

He averred that most presidents in the course of discharging their duties tend to step on some toes within their own fold with their decisions on appointments, allocations, and reshuffles among others. Whiles this turns to work against them because such offended people hold back their support, it does not always mean they go on to lose the elections.
Statistically, he revealed that presidents who contest for the presidency again tend to lose between 0.5% and 1.7% of votes

However, one exception was revealed. He revealed that President Mahama in the 2016 elections lost almost 3.1% of total votes when compared with the votes he garnered in 2012 , the only president to have such loss in votes.
He continued to give predictions concerning the Delegates Congress of the NPP on Saturday on choosing their parliamentary candidates.
He predicted victory for Adwoa Sarfo, MP for Dome Kwabenya, one of the keenly contested seats.
All his opinion was fact and data based.
The 2020 elections is gathering momentum and as such, a lot of predictions will be seen on our media space.
