9th June 2023

The New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) flagbearer hopeful Mr Alan Kyeremanten has unveiled a fundraising App aimed at mobilising funds for his campaign.

On Thursday, the fund-raising App dubbed ‘Ketewaa Biara Nsua’ received massive endorsement after the launch as party bigwigs and an avalanche of foot-soldiers thronged the Accra International Conference Centre.

They endorsed the App and expressed their willingness to donate massively towards the campaign via the App.

“When we talk of a leader with a technology and innovation mindset, Alan is second to none.

“He has shown the way and we in the party are happy about this App.

“In fact, we endorse it and we are going to use the App to donate massively towards the campaign,” Adwoa Otchere Nyarko, NPP Ayawaso West Wuogon First Vice Chair stressed.

Another avid supporter remarked: “By this App, Alan is proving to the NPP and Ghanaians that it’s his time to lead Ghana to the promised land.

“NPP we only know Alan and Alan shall it be.”

The former Trade Minister, in his address at the launch, emphasised the need for each and every NPP member to donate via the App in order for them to be part and parcel of his government.

He revealed that the launch of the App is founded on three thematic priorities which include Inclusiveness, Technology and Innovation and Mobilisation of money.

“It is called partnership for power (PFP).

“If you are part of a system that brings a government to power and somebody misbehaves, you can tell the person: ‘Hey, I also contributed to bringing the government to power so behave well’.

“That is the inclusiveness,” the NPP flagbearer hopeful explained.

Described by political watchers as a favourite in the forthcoming NPP presidential primaries, Alan Kyeremanten also known as Alan Cash entreated all his supporters to donate generously towards the campaign stressing that: “If God gives me the nod, I want to run a government by the people , for the people and of the people.
