1st batch of EU observers to arrive in Ghana next week

The first batch of EU Observers of ninety people for the 2016 December polls will arrive in the country from next week.

The rest will also come in by December for the elections.

EU Ambassador, William Hanna announced this in Accra during the signing of an MOU with the Electoral Commission.

With the signing of the MOU, Ghana has agreed to be bound by International and Regional legal treaties applied to the conduct of Elections.
