WE WILL NOT ‘TRY’ WE WILL ‘CHOOSE’ – Youth Leader Declares

Word has gone to Ghanaian Youth, not to be complacent with life choices, such that they may be led to try their future into the hands of persons with bad records who will invariably mess up their destinies. The youth have consequently been told to choose their leaders, life partners, careers, lifestyles and other options, instead of lazily trying people to define their future for them.

Speaking to the media on Sunday, an Organiser of the #iChooseJM Campaign Train, Mr. Dzifa Gunu said: “As youth of this country, we cannot afford to toy with our future, such that we will merely TRY those who demand to manage our future.

To try your future represents how lousy one is. Do not try the decision you have to take. You must analyse the decision you are about to make and then choose the best alternative.”

Mr. Dzifa Gunu who was speaking ahead of a program to inaugurate the Women and Youth Working Committees for the Odododiodio Constituency, charged the youth to choose their leaders after having done comprehensive and comparative analysis of those demanding their votes.

“How can you TRY your future with a man who has a poor record in leadership, whose house is full of chaos, hate, division, fighting, stealing and all manner of negatives, largely due to his vindictiveness and belligerence” He quizzed.

Mr. Gunu quickly added: “You have to choose the leader who is an achiever, peaceful, development oriented, hardworking and who has a foresight to complete his transformational program”.

The #iChooseJM Organiser explained that their youthful campaign train is joining the Odododiodio MP, Hon Nii Lantey Vanderpuye to inaugurate the Women and Youth Working Committees due to interest that the #iChooseJM has in ensuring that the fifteen thousand votes gab that President John Mahama and the MP had over their NPP Challengers, is widened in this year’s polls.

The program which is taking place on Sunday, 17th April is expected to help unleash the NDC Women and Youth in Odododiodio to start work towards a convincing win for the President and the sitting Member of Parliament. END
