The President of the Republic of Ghana has assured Ghanaians that the ruling National Democratic Congress will accept the outcome of the 2016 Presidential elections, whether positive or negative.
His Excellency President John Dramani Mahama has broken his silence, following news that he will lose the 2016 general elections.
Addressing a gathering of National Democratic Congress (NDC) supporters in Cantonment residence in Accra, President Mahama said he would accept the outcome of the elections after the EC announce the results of the elections.
“I want to assure the nation we will accept the outcome of the election whether positive or negative.
“But don’t let your spirit be down, we are the ruling government,” he told the teeming supporters.
