Vice President Amissah Arthur Launches CHPS Policy

Vice President Kwesi Amissah Arthur has launched the new National CHPS Policy at Loho in the Nadowli-Kaleo District of the Upper West Region.

The policy will guide heath programming and investment at the Community level.http://ghanapoliticsonline.com

Vice president also performed a symbolic inauguration of 64 CHPS compounds constructed by the government with support from JICA.

Launching the policy Mr. Amissah Arthur said government is committed to removing the inequality in accessing health care in society.

He said the priority of the government is to ensure that majority of Ghanaians obtain health services without restrictions including geographical and financial access.
