Veep warns against skirt and blouse vote as he ends N/region tour

Vice President Kwesi Amissah-Arthur has ended his four day campaign tour of the Northern Region with a caution to the supporters of the NDC to avoid voting skirt and blouse.

He asked the supporters to remain loyal and vote for only parliamentary candidates that have been accepted by the party.

Addressing a mini rally at Pong-Tamale, in the Savelugu constituency, Mr. Amissah-Arthur urged the supporters to rally behind all the NDC’s parliamentary candidates and be resolved to campaign for them.

He reiterated the party’s directive that no independent candidate from the party must use the picture of President Mahama or any symbol of the NDC on their campaign billboards or posters.

At the Aboabo Market in the Tamale Central constituency, Vice President Amissah-Arthur asked the enthusiastic supporters to vote massively for President Mahama and the candidate Alhaji Inusah Fuseini.

He charged them to campaign vigorously in order to convince more people to vote for the NDC.
