Vice President Amissah-Arthur addressing members of the Global Evangelical church after participating in a health and peace walk

The Vice President, Kwesi Amissah-Arthur says it is important for every Ghanaian to be concerned about events after the general elections in December.

He said there is the need for all to ensure that peace and unity are maintained after the polls since that period is more delicate than the voting process itself.

Vice President Amissah Arthur was addressing members of the Global Evangelical church after participating in a health and peace walk organised by the church in Accra today (July, 30).

He said Christians represent the best model of a unified society since they are made up of people from different ethnic groups and backgrounds, adding that, this unity should be replicated in nation building.
