Van Vicker produces first TV series in Liberia

With over 10 years experience in the movie industry, Celebrated African actor Van Vicker hasfulfilled his promise to help build the Liberian movie industry just like he did for Ghana .

The actor, who for so many years has been looking forward to assist other african countries including Liberia, is currently in Liberia shooting and directing a TV series which is aimed at creating opportunities for upcoming stars in Liberia .

Speaking to Ghanapoliticsonline, Van vicker said that ,he will shoot a commercial film in January.

“The motive behind me shooting a TV series is to help sensitize individuals on some of the social issues that are challenges to the nation. And also to draw the minds of the people to possible solutions to help rebuild the country.” He said

Again he added that , since this is his first produced and directed movie , discovering new talents, promoting existing actors, enhencing capacity building and empowering the youth, is key to him.
