The Minister for Education, Dr Matthew Opoku Prempeh popular known as NAPO has said that Senior Secondary Schools without adequate toilet facilities can use “rubber bags” as a replacement.
The Education Minister at a press briefing captured by Ghanapoliticsonline.com on matters arising with the rolling out of the Free Senior High School.
During the press encounter, NAPO admonished that there is inadequate infrastructure in the schools.
There have been lots of criticisms from groups and individuals on how government implemented the scheme without necessarily consulting key stakeholders in the Educational sector with a general thinking that it has been done in haste to satisfy the New Patriotic Party’s campaign promises
