University of Ghana Elects 2nd Female SRC President

University of Ghana until 2016 ,had only one lady ever being voted for as the President of the Students Representative Council.

Esinam Afi Seade has emerged winner of the University of Ghana”s SRC elections run off, beating Emmanuel Adu Amofa in a keenly contested race.

She becomes the second female to lead the University of Ghana students front after Carol Serwaa Donkor made history in 2007.
Esinam Afi Seade secured a total of 3665 votes representing 53.27% as against Emmanuel Adu Amofa’s 3206 representing 46.73% of votes cast.
