UK-Nigerian Rhoda Wilson set to redefine Christmas with African Christmas movie

Many millennials in Africa will remember the long Christmas holidays when all the television stations will play would be the “Home Alone Series”. In Africa, television during Christmas has become characterised by foreign content.

The producers of UK talk show, The Rhoda Wilson Show, The Nigerian-American Dream Documentary and Award winning TV series Housewives and Girlfriends, have recently concluded production for the first UK-Nollywood Christmas Film.

The movie dubbed, Miracles of The Christmas Angels, seeks to continue Nollywood’s legacy as the third largest movie Industry in the world, behind Hollywood and Bollywood.

Set mainly in North East London Café called the “Meeting Point Cafe” with local and international actors, supported by local production staff, the film is entwined with sorrow, love, miracles and joy.

Miracles of the Christmas Angels is set to make its London premiere on Friday 10th of November at Vue Cinema, Westfield Stratford City, London.

UK Director and Producer of the movie, Rhoda Wilson, described the production as one that would change Christmas forever.
