Toure files $900m lawsuit against Ghanaian lawmaker

Former Asante Kotoko striker, Amed Simba Toure has finally filed a lawsuit against Member of Parliament for Assin Central Kennedy Agyepong for claiming the Burkina Faso international infected radio and television presenter Afia Schwarzenegger with HIV/Aids.

The ex-Africa Sports and El Gouna attacker is seeking a public apology and a retraction of the allegation from the owner of Oman FM and Net2 TV.

Toure is also demanding the payment of $900 million from Kennedy Agyepong for defamation.

The Ivorian born footballer is planning to head to court once the lawmaker fails to meet his demands.
