The Supreme Court has cleared Dr Zanetor Agyemang Rawlings to contest as the NDC’s Parliamentary Candidate for the Klottey Korle Constituency in Accra.

The five member panel of judges gave the order in it’s interpretation of Article 94 clause one A of the Constitution which has been in contention.
