Supreme Court Judge urges church leaders to uphold truth and integrity

A Justice of the Supreme Court, Jones Dotse has urged church leaders to uphold the truth and integrity in their daily activities, in order to win the integrity and confidence of their followers.

According to him, many Christians do not have the trust in some of their leaders because of their questionable character.

He stressed that truthfulness and honesty are the qualities that ensure progress and sustainable development of any society.

Mr. Justice Dotse made the remarks at the Ho branch of the Lord’s Pentecostal Church, during a sendoff service organised in honour of a former Head Pastor of the Church, Apostle Godwin Kwasi Amedzro.

The ceremony was attended by the hierarchy of the church across the country.

Mr. Justice Dotse also entreated Ghanaians to work diligently at their workplaces and communities to build a peaceful and united nation.

The General Overseer of the Church, Apostle Richard Buafo on behalf of the entire congregation lauded Apostle Godwin Kwasi Amedzro for his immense contribution to the church over the years.

Apostle Godwin Amedzro thanked the church for their support during his tenure and pledged his contribution towards the development of the church.

Apostle Godwin Kwasi Amedzro who turned 70 years this year was ordained in 1986.

He was the area head of the Ho branch of the church until his retirement this year.
