Ruth Quashie wins Miss Universe Ghana 2017

Ms Ruth Quarshie has been crowned as Miss Universe Ghana 2017 at a glamorous ceremony which was held on Saturday night at the Labadi Beach Hotel in Accra, Ghana.

The 23-year old faced stiff competition from nine (9) other beautiful, smart and intelligent ladies for the covetous beauty pageant crown.

Western Region’s Hephie Armah was the first runner up while Emily Randolph from the Upper West Region won the place for the second runner up.

Among Ruth‘s prizes include a brand new jaguar car. She will also represent Ghana at the upcoming Miss Universe 2017 beauty pageant later this year.

The show which was hosted by radio presenter Doreen Andoh saw performances from Ghanaian music duo Wutah and Cina Soul while DJ Nii Ayi Tagoe dished out some fine song selections to grace the night.

In attendance were actresses Jackie Appiah, Joselyn Dumas and many more.

The Miss Universe Ghana 2017 was powered by MALZ PROMOTIONS under the directorship of Mrs Menaye Donkor Muntari.
