Road Fund Releases GHC1 Billion For Road Maintenance Nationwide

The Ghana Road Fund this year provided GHC1.058 billion to three agencies under the Ministry of Roads and Highways to undertake routine maintenance on roads across the country.

The Agencies include the Department of Feeder Roads and Departments of Urban Roads.

Also, GHC350 billion of the fund was used to pay contractors.

The Minister of Roads and Highways, Alhaji Inusah Fuseini revealed this to journalists when he took his turn at the ‘Meet The Press’ series in Accra.
