Prez Mahama Tasks Youth To Take Advantage Of Skills Being Provided By Gov’t

President John Dramani Mahama has tasked the youth to take advantage of the skills being provided by government to allow them fit into the world of work.

The President stressed that an enabling environment has been created to assist the youth tap into opportunities.

He mentioned the creation of a Skill Development Fund which he says has been made available to support youth in various businesses.

According to the President, taking advantage of such opportunities will further enhance economic development for the country as a whole.

The president was speaking on Volta Star radio as he tours the region with his ‘Accounting to the People’ tour.

President Mahama is also optimistic ongoing construction works and road projects in the Volta Region when completed, will have an impact on the economic development of the region and surrounding areas.
