President Mahama cuts sod for Phase 2 of Kumasi Airport (Pictures)

The President John Dramani Mahama today cut a sod for the construction of the second phase of the Kumasi international airport.

The president speaking during the sod cutting expressed hope that the engineers will do a good job on the expansion of the Airport.

He expressed appreciation to the Asantehene Otumfuo Osei Tutu II for supporting the expansion of the airport.

‘I want to take this opportunity thank the Otumfuo for the continuous encouragement and support he has given me and the Ghana Airport Company to continue the good work we are seeing,’ he expressed appreciation.
