President Mahama assures business friendly environment

President John Mahama has assured businesses and Industry players that the needed strategies will continually be devised to make the environment business friendly at all times.

He stated that he has already taken all the tough measures to free the economy and allow businesses to thrive; assuring them that there is no cause for alarm.

President Mahama, was speaking to business leaders at a breakfast meeting organized by the Ghana Investment Promotion Centre, GIPC in Accra.

The quarterly meeting offers them the opportunity to engage with key government officials on current business challenges

Meanwhile President John Mahama, says he is aware of buildup tensions prior to elections and will leave no stone unturned to ensure a peaceful and stable election needed for a safe business environment.

Addressing Business leaders in Accra, the President stated that global events like the Brexit and the election of Donald Trump by the US should send signals to all that the era of cheap political talk and unrealistic promises belong to the past.
