NPP member dies while campaigning for Akufo-Addo

A member of the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP) is reported dead after falling off the bumper of a car while it was in motion.

The man was said to be part of party member cheering the NPP flagbearer at Ayawaso Central, as part of his campaign tour of the Greater Accra region.

Press Secretary to the flagbearer, Eugene Arhin confirmed this to Adom News’ Yaa Asantewaa Tuesday evening.

He explained that, the unfortunate incident occurred near the Kotobabi police station in Accra.

The deceased who is yet to be named immediately the incident occurred was rushed to the hospital but was pronounced dead on arrival.
