NPP GURU DESCRIBES UNIVERSITY JCR MEMBERS AS UNINTELLIGENT.

The Ashanti Regional Secretary of the New Patriotic Party (Npp) has described University JCR members as unintelligent.

Reacting to Lawyer Sammy Gyamfi’s detailed account on National Health Insurance Authority’s investment with All Time Capital, Mr Sam Pyne hurled abuse at our university students describing them as unintelligent. Ghanaians across the political divide have vehemently condemned the irresponsible and dangerous insult that the Npp Regional chairman directed at our university students.

By hurling abuse at our innocent students, Mr Sam Pyne is legitimizing the use of verbal violence and fueling a climate of hostility towards University students. Ghanaians who commented on the Npp Regional scribe’s insult said his comment is dangerous and unworthy of an executive of a ruling party.

One of the important attributes of a good leader is the ability to make use of language. Therefore, it becomes a terrible thing when someone in leadership position misuses words in an uncouth manner.

The National Communication Officer of the NDC Lawyer Sammy Gyamfi gave a detailed account of NHIA’s GHc 17.5 million investment with All Time Capital when he appeared on Peace FM’s Kokrooko Show. The Communication presented some facts and figures and supported them with official documents. His facts and and figures were not challenged on the programme and have still not been challenged by government.
