Nii Odoi Mensah to be buried on June 18

Themortal remains of veteran Ghanaian actor Nii Odoi Mensah will be laid to rest on June 18, 2016.

Brother of the late actor, Daniel Tetteh Anum revealed this on Daybreak Hitz on Hitz FM with KMJ Friday.

Nii Odoi Mensah, who was the former President of the Ghana Actors Guild, passed away Tuesday, April 12 in China where he had gone for a kidney transplant.

The remains of the actor were returned to Ghana on Saturday, May 30 after President John Mahama intervened.

Wake keeping and funeral for the actor will take place at the Trade Fair Centre in Accra on Friday, June 17 and Saturday, June 18.

He will be laid to rest at the La Cemetery on Saturday, June 18.
