The flagbearer of the National Democratic Party NDP, Nana Konadu Agyemang Rawlings says she will unveil her running mate for this year`s election tomorrow, Friday September,30.
Speaking on the Uniiq Breakfast Drive, she said the ceremony will take place at the party`s office, but declined to name the candidate, saying it is a surprise.
The former first lady who highlighted what she will do when voted for, also used the platform to raise a number of issues in the political realm.
Nana Konadu Agyemang Rawlings noted that though she is opposed to the filing fee of fifty thousand cedis, she has managed to raise the amount.
She described the fee as exorbitant considering economic factors in the country currently.
On what an NDP Government will do to solve the economic problems of the country, Mrs Rawlings said she will ensure that the system runs effectively.
She said she will widen the tax net to encourage the growth of businesses and generate more revenue for the country.
