NDC WISHES MUSLIMS WELL IN THIS PERIOD OF FASTING AND PRAYERS

The National Democratic Congress (NDC), extends its great felicitation to our Muslim brothers and sisters, as they enter another momentous period on their religious calendar.

This period of fasting which is one of the five pillars of Islam, we appreciate the sacrifices that are made to hold us together as a Nation.

It is the wish of the NDC that, as our Muslim brothers and sisters hold themselves
in readiness for the religious task ahead, Allah, The Most Merciful, will uphold their prayers and keep this nation on paths of righteousness.

May Allah be with all Muslims in Ghana and accross the world in this fasting and prayerful month.

May this Holy Month of Ramadan, bring us more, penitence, and sober reflection as a Nation as we continue to forge ahead in our deep quest to build a Better Ghana.

The NDC continues to take pride in giving greater meaning to the celebration of Muslims as part of our collective heritage.

Johnson Asiedu-Nketiah
(NDC, General Secretary).
