National Security Grabs George Boateng Mahama’s Competitor

George Boateng made the headlines a couple of months ago after he declared his intention to contest President John Mahama in the NDC’s presidential primary. That was in 2015.

He is in the news again this year; but for all the wrong reasons.

George Boateng, according Joy News, was picked up by National Security last Sunday night for impersonation. He was later handed over to the Airport police for further interrogation.

The NDC former presidential aspirant who was disqualified during their contest is believed to have taken monies from persons claiming he was a national security operative.

Joy News investigations indicates that George Boateng is still in custody at the Airport police station.
