Nana Akufo-Addo’s Bad Fatherhood Has Allowed His People To Insult Women -Kofi Adams

National Organizer of the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC), Kofi Adams says the Flagbearer of the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP), Nana Akufo-Addo is not a good father to entrust the future of Ghana.

According to him, aside the record of achievements of President John Mahama which the NDC is trumpeting to Ghanaians to retain his party in the 2016 general election, Ghanaians should also consider the fact that President Mahama as a leader has united his party as compared to the happenings in the NPP.

Speaking on Okay Fm’s ‘Ade Akye Abia’ Morning Show, Kofi Adams insisted Nana Akufo-Addo cannot protect Ghanaians and instill peace in the country taking into account that he has not been able to control his party.

Wading into the exchange of insults between the NPP Member of Parliament for Assin Central, Kennedy Agyapong and TV and Radio host, Afia Schwarzenegger, Kofi Adams without mentioning any name alluded that Nana Akufo-Addo’s bad fatherhood has allowed his people to insult women.

He maintained that Nana Akufo-Addo and the NPP are not ready and cannot govern the country because their internal wrangling is far from over.

“When you look at the two fathers, President Mahama and Akufo-Addo, who will you entrust your children to? Will give your children to someone who cannot instill peace in his party to the extent that his people insult women in public or you will give your children to President Mahama who has maintained peace and unity in his party?” he quizzed.

His comment comes on the backdrop of a police officer who has resigned to campaign in his constituency for Nana Akufo-Addo to win the 2016 general elections.

He added that the police officer resigned for his selfish interest and not in the interest of all Ghanaians; thus the officer has rather endorsed President Mahama when he (officer) revealed that he has got a private job in order to campaign for Nana Akufo-Addo.
