Nana Akufo-Addo is Ungrateful – Kweku Baako

An article that comes across as striking,  and related to the offices of the New Crusading Guide Newspaper, written by editor in chief of the New Crusading Guide Newspaper Abdul-Malik Kweku Baako Junior with the title “Nana Akufo-Addo is Ungrateful ” is said to have been leaked , few days ago. A copy of which is with us unveils startling revelations on how Kweku Baako is disgruntled over the barrage of attacks from fanatics of flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party Nana Akufo-Addo against his person in recent times, with respect to his commentaries on the infamous “Mahama-Ford Expedition Saga”

In the said article, Kweku Baako is quoted as “Possibly, some sections of the New Patriotic Party harbor this stereotype ( Kweku is a mercenary journalist,  Kweku loathe Afoko with passion) against me when I  joined the chorus with the aid of my newspaper and assess to radio and television,  to see the truncation in the regime of Mr Paul Afoko who Nana Akufo-Addo had describe to me at his Nima residence (in the presence of Lawyer Nana Asante-Bediatuo and his aide Francis Assenso) as ‘PAUL IS TOO INDEPENDENT MINDED FOR MY LIKING’ in the NPP . The gravity of this cliche has now become a home grown abnormality crowned on my head by such supporters of that segment, anytime I dedicate my efforts to proxy fight Mr Afoko on behalf of my dependable friend,  Nana Akufo-Addo. Need I say more to remind these fanatics of Nana Akufo-Addo about my unabated efforts in: unleashing constantly skewed criticism against Mr Paul Afoko on Sampson Lardi’s News file, Sefa Kayi’s Kokrooko flagship and Randy’s Good morning Ghana after having been briefed by Akomea and my boy Gabby Okyere Darko , the immense proportion in the beam of cooked articles in my Newspaper-the New Crusading Guide, and the sacrifice of my precious time to sit in meetings at Nana Akufo-Addo’s office and sometimes at Blay’s place??”

Baako continues in his article, filled with indignation “Do they realize the nightmare I went through in my determined attempt to discredit the African Watch Magazine albeit I found out that, I was misled? Initially, I was assured by Nana Attobrah of Danquah Institute of a video which captured Mr Paul Afoko, Agyapong and co addressing the Serbian team. I was hopeful and cocksure but careful with my choice of words when I made a promise to  listeners of Kwame’s Kokrooko platform, over release of this very video which turned out to be forlorn. Later, Gabby beseeched me with an apology for what he described as “miscommunication” on the part of Attobrah.  My workers at New Crusading Guide led by Godwin Asare-Bediako had to conspire with Eastern Regional Vice Chairman of the NPP Nana Fredua to get some party officers who were participants  of the Serbian program to produce theories on what  happened. We did this to take solace in the eventual boomerang on the Serbian  Saga which created grievous challenges for myself”

Kweku Baako turns his back to question loyalist of Akufo-Addo who slammed him on his position  on the Ford expedition saga ” As I intoned earlier, isn’t it Ungratefulness on the part of my good friend Nana Akufo-Addo , for his failure to call these irresponsible and intolerant fanatics of his to order in recent times , when they went bonkers over my independent position on the Mahama-Ford Expedition  Saga? Were they thinking that I had no mind of my own? I stated my position with precision and as practitioners of democracy,  it was only logical for them to disagree with me and not what they did- Roasting me with most venomous, spiteful and acrimonious remarks on their acerbic tongues, Incredible”

This article, making rounds, has esposed some shocking revelations which is gradually generating public interests . Much of its richness is in how Kweku Baako disclosed conniving with fiercest cousins and ferocious friends of Akufo-Addo such as Gabby Okyere Darko, Nana Fredua, Nana Attobrah ,Nana Akomea and co to fight the National Chairman Paul Afoko, General Secretary Kwabena  Agyei-Agyapong and Vice Chairman Sammy Crabbe ;all of the New Patriotic Party.  What could have infurriated Kweku Baako to write down such classified informations into an article pending publication? Other questions asked by certain persons is , what motivated Kweku Baako to accept this offer of suppressing the party’s  National Chairman Paul Afoko who Akufo-Addo described to Baako as ” PAUL IS TOO INDEPENDENT MINDED FOR MY LIKING ?”
