Nana Addo is walking into another defeat in 2016 – Koku Anyidoho

The deputy General Secretary of NDC, Koku Anyidoho, has related that this year’s Presidential candidate for the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, is walking into another defeat in this year’s polls.

According to Mr. Anyidoho, the NPP is shaken by the fact the President has so much to show off when he has ruled the country in the face of harsh economic challenges.

Speaking on an Accra-based radio station, he added that that is the reason why the opposition party keeps making comments that President Mahama’s “Accounting to the people” tour is a waste of money and an abuse of incumbency.

The NDC deputy General Secretary retorted, “When they prevented people like Kwesi Pratt from appearing on GTV programmes, stop NDC from appearing on Radio Ghana programmes, state media like Graphic and Times will not cover pro-NDC events that is what we call abuse of incumbency.”

Mr. Anyidoho maintained that the NPP and leader, Nana Addo, do not have any campaign message for Ghanaians and tactics employed to frustrate the Electoral Commission to buy time to address crisis in his own party is failing.
