MEMBER OF PARLIAMENT FOR ELLEMBELE CONSTITUENCY CELEBRATES BIRTHDAY WITH ORPHANS

The Member of Parliament for Ellembele constituency of the western region who doubles as Ghana’s petroleum minister Dr Emmanuel Armah Kofi-Buah celebrated his 50th birthday with orphans in his constituency.

Dr Emmanuel Armah Kofi-Buah was born at Atuabo, 10th May 1966.

During the birthday celebration, a group called itself “Friends of Buah” donated food stuffs and learning materials which worth 3,000 Ghana cedis to Esiama World Alive Orphanage Home and Elkwe Disabled Training Institute.
The items include 10 bags of rice, 10 packages of toilet roll, cooking oils, soaps, 10 packages of tin milk and learning materials.

Receiving the items, the Assistant Manager for the Esiama World Alive Orphanage Home Mr Eric Adookoh expressed his profound appreciation to Dr Emmanuel Armah Kofi-Buah for the love he has shown to the orphans and also wished him a happy birthday plus long life

“We called on other benevolent socieies and government for support, we have able to catered for four students to complete secondary school”, Mr Eric Adookoh emphasized.

On behalf of the orphans, Sophia Manu wished the Member of Parliament for Ellembele constituency a long life and prayed for good health for him.

The Housemaster for Elkwe Disabled Training Institute Mr Henry Atsu Thompson expressed his profound gratitude to the MP for the support he has shown to the institute.

Mr Atsu also added that Dr Emmanuel Armah Kofi-Buah has being always helping the school and he pointed the school infrastructure project the MP has built for the school.

The trainees sang a very special birthday songs for the Lawmaker.

After the donations, ghanapoliticsonline.com gathered that over 15000 Ghanaians both within his constituency and outside his constituency sent their well wishers to Dr Emmanuel Armah Kofi-Buah.
