Mahama tours Brong Ahafo today

President John Mahama will today take his “Accounting to the People Tour” to the Bono Ahafo region. The three day tour will see the President inspect a number of completed and ongoing projects in that region, including a lecture block at the Sunyani Polytechnic and two of Community Day Senior High Schools.

The President is also expected to interact with drivers and traders at Techiman, Sunyani, and Berekum markets as well as pay courtesy calls on some chiefs in the region. The Deputy Bono Ahafo Regional Minister, Justice Adjei told CitiNews that the region is well prepared to receive the President.http://ghanapoliticsonline.com

“We have been organizing ourselves, I’ve also inspected the projects that he will be commissioning in the region and everything is set. When we receive him at the Airport, we will go to Derma at the Tano South District to commission a community day secondary school, one of the 200 that we are putting up in this country,” he added.http://ghanapoliticsonline.com

President Mahama will from there move to Techimentia within the same District to commission the Techimentia Polyclinic. He will also pay a courtesy call on Nana Dadiesoabahene and inspect road projects in Sunyani.
