Love In Action Foundation donates to the needy

As part of putting smiles on the faces of the needy, orphans and street children Love in Action Foundation donated packs of food, stationery, footwears, cloths and other items in a party for the needy children at the Arts Center.

The interaction which was held under the theme “Uplifting street children” was supported by top personalities within the showbiz and social-political arena

Speaking in an interview with the Chief Executive Officer of Love in Action Foundation, Madam Joycelyn Adjei said that the gesture is a way of celebrating Christmas and making the children feel the goodness of the festive season because most of them do not have parents and opportunity to experience the happiness that characterizes Christmas.

According to her they have been actively involved in the Foundation’s activities for two years now and that their main aim is to build a charity home and school for the street kids.

“We believe parties and fairs like this makes the needy have a feel of love, to know that there are people who care about them and are willing to do more for them and also to create awareness to the fact that most of these kids need help”.

She added that as part of uplifting the street children agenda they have secured four plots of land at Dawhenya which they are going to work on in the coming years.
