Jordan Ayew hospitalized following suspected food poisoning

Jordan Ayew has been admitted at the hospital after he withdrew from the Black Stars tie against Congo after he complained of stomach upset.

Jordan Ayew played the full 90 minutes when the Black Stars were held to a one all draw in Kumasi by Congo on Friday in the 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifiers.
However, he opted out of the reverse fixture to be played on Tuesday 5th September, 2017 in Brazzaville after complaining of stomach upset.

And the Aston Villa striker is currently undergoing treatment for a suspected food poisoning that has made him indisposed for the Black Stars clash against the Red Devils in Congo.
