John Mahama will get 95% votes in NDC presidential primaries–Allotey Jacob

Central Regional Chairman of the opposition National Democratic Congress, Allotey Jacobs has predicted that President John Mahama will win the upcoming NDC primaries e hands down with 95% votes .

Speaking on Adom Fm’s Morning political talk show monitored by Ghanapoliticsonline.com on the NDC Flagbearer race, he said that none of the candidate who have shown interest to contest comes close to former President John Dramani Mahama.

According to him, he doesn’t want to comment on some of the candidates contesting the former president because it would be a waste of time .

Mr. Mahama in a Facebook post Saturday declared his intention to join the race after being coy with his intentions since losing the 2016 elections.

“To you the teeming supporters and sympathizers calling and requesting me to declare my intentions for the future, I wish to assure you today, that as a servant-leader, I have listened to your calls and reflected. I will not disappoint you even as we await the publication of the party’s guidelines for selecting a new leader,” he wrote.

The NDC is yet to declare guidelines for the flagbearer elections.
