The much talked about first ever kenkey festival will be seeing the gathering of celebrities and dignitaries come March 7, 2016, at Mantse Agbonaa in James Town.
Van Vicker, Kwaku Manu, John Dumelo, Bismark the Joke, and other celebrities, shall be joining Hon Dzifa Gomashie –Deputy Minister for Tourism, Culture and Creative Arts for the event.
Other bodies who will be gracing the event include: Concerned Patrons of Ghanaian Kenkey, Value for Life, Cook Ghana, etc. — all in solidarity for the hosting of the maiden International Ghana Kenkey Festival.
The celebrities have pledged their unflinching support for this Pukka initiative due to the call by civil right bodies, government, and the public at large to celebrate and patronize our own cuisines.
The PRO for the event in the person of Art Advocate,Celebrity Journalist and Media practitioner, Mr. Mustapha Inusah,(Attractive) promised the event expects to pull as huge as over 1, 000 patrons — with some foreign audience come 7th March at James Town.
