JB’s ‘killer’ released from BNI custody

The Accra District Court has ordered the state to release Daniel Asiedu, the man accused of killing the former Member of Parliament (MP) of Abuakwa-North, Mr J. B Danquah-Adu, from the custody of the Bureau of National Investigation (BNI) and place him in police custody instead.

This was after the prosecution told the court on Tuesday that they were almost done with investigations into the case and will send the docket to the AG’s department very soon.
