Interior Ministry declares Wednesday, September 21 public holiday

The Ministry of Interior has declared Wednesday, September 21 a public holiday to mark this year’s Founder’s Day.

Founder’s Day is a day statutorily set aside to observe the birthday of Ghana’s first President, Dr.Kwame Nkrumah.

A statement signed by the Minister for the Interior, Prosper Bani said the day must be observed as a statutory holiday.
