Hundreds turn up to eat kenkey at 2016 Kenkey Festival

The maiden edition of International Ghana Kenkey Festival organised by Patrons of Ghanaian Kenkey came off at James Town on Monday, March 7.

The event which started around 11 am saw a number of people present to enjoy the dishes available. Artistes Nii Funny, Dobble, Capaster among others were there to entertain the crowd.

Well, it looked to me as though the kids were the ones interested in the entertainment bit as they were seen enjoying the performances and at some point, mobbed the artistes.

Also in attendance were actors Kwaku Manu and Bismark the Joke. The duo after entertaining the kids, gave some of them free bags of rice.
