Help me to develop football: FIFA President tells Ghana

FIFA President, Gianni Infantino has called on Ghanaians to help support his desire to help the growth of football.

Infantino arrived at the Kotoka International Airport on Monday to meet the presidency and also the Football Association.

Gianni Infantino in a meeting with the President of the Republic of Ghana, Nana Addo Dankwa-Akufo Addo said he wants Ghana to help him develop football.

“I need you(Ghana) to help me develop football and show the World how it could be done”FIFA Prez said.
The Swiss-Italian has outlined several reforms at FIFA and he has urged member nations to support him implement them.

The FIFA President as part of his visit to Ghana will be meeting stakeholders of the Ghana Football Association later in the day before flying back.

Gianni Infantino succeeded Sep Blatter, who resigned last year over corruption charges against some of the key members of the FIFA Executive Committee.
