It also reduced the number of guarantee the loan for students from three to one to make the scheme flexible and convenient for every student to access the loan facility.

The Chief Executive Officer of Students Loan Trust Fund (SLTF), Mrs. Sheila Naa Boamah, announced this at the Ministry of Education’s “Campus Connect” programme held at Accra College of Education last week. Mrs, Boamah said the development was part of reforms under the scheme to meet the financial obligation of beneficiaries, especially those who needed the fund to pay their tuition.
