Government is to pump $45 million into the local Pharmaceutical Industry to boost capacity.

The Minister of Health, Alex Segbefia who stood in for the President, announced this at the conference of West Africa Pharmaceutical Manufacturers Association in Accra.

He noted that government in collaboration with the private sector will establish a centre for bio- pharmaceutical research to support local manufacturers in their studies.http://ghanapoliticsonline.com
