Government implements Ghana GFamily Planning project

Government says it is committed to increasing the prevalence rate of modern contraceptive from 22 to 30 percent among married and 409 percent among unmarried and sexually active women by 2020.

It is expected that though the full implementation of the Ghana GFamily Planning cost implementation plan of 2016 to 2020, between government and its partners the country will this realize this goal.

This came to light at the launch of the maiden Adolescent Reproductive Health Summit in Accra.ghanapoliticsonline.com

The total cost for the implementation plan over the five year period is 235 million dollars.
