Ghana needs to deepen legal framework for investment – Bombande

Ghana needs to deepen legal frameworks with regards to investment opportunities between the country and other nations.

He said with the right legal instruments, Ghana will gain the full confidence of foreign investors for the growth of the economy.

Dr Bombande was speaking at the second session of the Ghana-Russia Permanent Joint Commission for Co-operation, PJCC, in Accra.

He said Ghana and Russia will soon be signing an Investment Promotion and Protection Agreement, IPPA, as well as an agreement on the avoidance of double taxation to facilitate investment between the two countries.
