Ghana Beach Soccer team receive $30,000 from MOYS

The Ministry of Youth & Sports (MOYS) has released $30,000 to the Black Sharks towards the purchase of tickets for a 21 man contingent of players and officials travelling to Mombasa, Kenya next week.

It has also emerged that the team would have to fly out on the cheapest economy tickets by next week Tuesday 23rd August. This is because available flights after Tuesday start from $1,559 per seat (Kenya Airways) to Nairobi but team must then proceed to the city of Mombasa at extra cost.

Beach Soccer Ghana officials are trying to raise the additional funds to secure the seats. More to follow
