Former President Mahama visits family of Captain Maxwell Mahama -Pics

Former president John Dramani Mahama has paid a visit the family of the late Captain Maxwell adam Mahama at their home in Accra to commiserate with them on the loss of their son.

Mahama was accompanied by former finance minister, Dr Kwesi Botchwey, and some of his top aides. The former president, who was dressed in black with black shades to match, expressed his deep regret at the loss the gallant soldier.

Mahama patted the late soldier’s widow on the shoulders and urged her to be strong. He was one of the first people to console the family after news of the Captain’s death broke on Tuesday.

Captain Mahama was jogging on the dawn of Monday when some women from whom he had sought directions spotted him with a pistol and prompted the assembly man in the area that he was robber. Captain Maxwell Mahama The assembly man, according to multiple media reports, quickly organised some youth in the town to beat Captain Mahama and burn him to death. The killing has been condemned by many Ghanaians across the country.
