“Asamoah Gyan lied To The Public: “Attorney General has not cleared him of rape/sodomy”

Celebrity Lawyer, Dr. Maurice Ampaw, has dared the Attorney General of Ghana – the latter who came public last year to announce that Black Star player, Asamoah Gyan, has been cleared of a rape and sodomy allegation leveled against Gyan by a 22 year old lady, Sarah Kwablah.

According to Lawyer Maurice Ampaw who has filed a law suit – number GJ/26/2016 against Asamoah Gyan for having undignified sexual relations with the plaintiff, Sarah Kwablah, a 22-year University student, dared, “The Attorney general has not cleared Asamoah Gyan of the rape and sodomy allegation against Asamoah Gyan. The Attorney general has not authority or powers to do that.

“Since the Attorney General has compromised by going to the defense of Asamoah who is a sodomised and a rapist, Sarah Kwablah has filed a fresh civil suit. This time, she is going all out with videos, whatsapp chats, Skype chats and videos and pictures in which Asamoah Gyan admitted to raping and sodomising her and apologized to her for doing so.

“This time, its Asamoah Gyan and Sarah – the Attorney General will not come in! Asamoah Gyan cannot hide behind the Attorney General! The Attorney General cannot shield Gyan! Asamoah is currently not in the country but we will serve him the writ. He must come to court and prove his innocence if he is!”

Mr Ampaw Revealed to GhanaPoliticsOnline.Com Reporter Christopher Nii Okai That, “We want a declaration by the court that Asamoah Gyan on the 13th day of February, 2015 did have natural and unnatural sex with Sarah Kwablah without her consent – amongst other reliefs.”

A portion of the writ lawyer Ampaw has filed against Asamoah Gyan reads:
“Defendant was older than plaintiff. Defendant was a national hero highly connected and influential in Ghana. Defendant is among the highest paid African footballers. Plaintiff is just a 22-year-old poor University student and lost the father through sex scandal.
Defendant using his influence, wealth and power lured plaintiff into a relationship and tried spoiling, debase and corrupting the mind of plaintiff by sending plaintiff nude pictures, sex video and masturbating video through Skype, Whatsapp and asked plaintiff to do same.
Plaintiff became a victim of defendant sex addiction.” The court stated emphatically that a judgment may be pronounced if Asamoah Gyan fails to comply with the writ of summons.

“You are hereby commanded that within eight days after service of this writ on you inclusive of the day of service you do cause an appearance to be entered for you. And take notice that in default of your so doing, judgment may be given in your absence without further notice to you” the writ emphasizes.
