Ethiopian Prime Minister Arrives In Accra For Three Day State Visit

The Prime Minister of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, Hailemariam Desalegn, has arrived in Accra for a three-day state visit.

Accompanied by his wife, Roman Tesfaye, Prime Minister Desalegn will hold talks with President John Mahama and visit the Kofi Annan International Peacekeeping Training Centre where he will sign a cooperation agreement between the Centre and Ethiopia.

The visiting Prime Minister will also tour a cocoa processing company in Tema and visit Akosombo.

As part of the three-day visit, the Ethiopian Leader will lay a wreath at the Kwame Nkrumah Mausoleum and address a joint news conference with President Mahama.

President John Mahama will tonight host a State Dinner in honour of the Ethiopian Prime Minister and his wife at the State Banquet Hall.
